Other Policies & Procedures
A requirement for employment is to report to your assignment every day for the entire length of the assignment. Arriving at your assignment 10 to 15 minutes ahead of start time is a must. If you start time is 7 a.m., you
must be ready to work at 7 a.m., not just walking in the door. You must strictly adhere to all break and lunch times. If overtime is impossible for you to commit to, please inform your Employment Coordinator at the biginning of the assignment.
Pay rates are not to be
discussed with other employees at any time; this is confidential information and should only be discussed with your Employment Coordinator.
Even though you are an employee of TPR Personnel, you must follow all rules and regulations of the company that your
assignment is currently with.
As an employee of TPR Personnel, you must always practice all safety procedures of both; TPR Personnel and the company you are currently working under. Failure to adhere to this policy could result in your personal injury.
If you have any
questions, please don't hesitate to ask your Employment Coordinator. We are here to help you and wish you much success.
